For those residents who have already moved, the business of selling their home and dispersing their belongings is often beyond them and this results in emotional and financial distress. Our Downsizing and Managed Property Sale Services have proved of enormous help.
These services are entirely client-funded with no cost to Homes or Communities. We offer all potential clients free initial consultations and are very happy to discuss our proposals with their family and legal and financial advisers.
We are also happy to give informal, informative presentations to your residents and potential residents.
